Bogen, March 2018. Inoutic presents its 2018 service campaign at the world’s leading trade fair for windows, doors and façades: Under the motto “A framework for your success” Inoutic is making considerable investments in logistics, online services as well as production and sales support. A new, extended colour system completes the services, which are characterised by a larger selection of products and more customer focus.
“The service campaign is also an expression of our new self-image,” says Jörn Schütte. Recently appointed third managing director of Inoutic, he plans to continuously develop a service-oriented approach, which is aimed at a close, collaborative customer relationship. “We can only be successful if our customers are too,” believes Schütte. To make good on this promise, Inoutic has set itself some ambitious goals.
Initially, this will be noticeable in the area of logistics services. In the future, the generally high delivery reliability of more than 95% (OTIF – On Time In Full) will be further optimised. Delivery times for order-related items will also be significantly reduced. In addition, Inoutic offers its customers all foils from Horschuch and Renolit that are in stock. An overnight delivery service for cut-to-size foils makes this possible.
Online services are a second area that will be optimised as part of the service campaign to speed up processes: To do this, the company is updating its Inoutic Online extranet, in which all information for users is available in one location and which also includes a 24/7 service for placing orders and registering complaints. This significantly reduces administrative work and customers can access up-to-date data at all times. The Inoutic Lead Management System on www.inoutic.de, which helps Inoutic customers acquire interested parties, has already been updated as part of the new look website.
Within the scope of the service campaign, Inoutic is also investing strongly in production and sales support: for example, additional sales representatives, more people in the applications engineering department and a new account manager for large customers increase capacities for personal support. As a new, additional service, Inoutic will soon offer on-site production audits, which will also help customers optimise their production processes. Inoutic also plans to provide more support for its customers in the pre-sales area: a new property consultant will be available to help acquire interested parties and orders for Inoutic customers, to intensify contacts with prefabricated house manufacturers and the housing industry and, as a contact person, to present new products to architects and planners. Discussion forums and, in the future, also technology days with Inoutic partners round off the extended services and offer platforms for personal meetings and collaborative communication.
The service campaign is rounded off with the introduction of new trend colours: Inoutic has included four new designer colours in its portfolio – Black brown, Metbrush quartz grey, Black Ulti-Matt PX and Sheffield Oak light.
